Day off

Hubby and I treated ourselves to a day off today and headed for the Ashdown forest to walk with Llama's, Martin was paired up with Toby and I walked with Nicholas, we had a lovely walk through the Ashdown forest with our two large and very handsome charges who behaved themselves impeccably.

Spent some time taking photos of the Llamas and Alpacas before having lunch and heading for home~ what a lovely day :-)

thats so neat taking the llamas for a walk :D hubby has wanted a llama ever since I first met him, but no idea where we would put one right now (hmm maybe in the back if it would scare away the cats :p)

What a brilliant way to spend your day.

This looks as if it was so much fun! I think llamas are related to camels, aren't they? Anyway, I've heard they can spit on you so it was great that yours were so well-behaved!

I had heard that Llama's spit too but we are now better informed!~ apparently they only ever spit as a last resort in defence or when terrified so its a shame they have such a reputation.
